Hello,
Thank you for contacting our Technical Support Department.
Please note that the permissions of the folders was 775. I have change them to 755 in order to be operational ( the scripts need to be 755 too). Also I have noticed that in the .htaccess file in the mentioned folder, there are directives which are not allowed on our servers due security reasons. These directives are “php_value”, “php_flag”, “SSLOptions” and “Options”. I have disabled them by adding the symbol # at the beginning of the line. Please note that you can change the php values and directives from the php.ini file located in the /sys/php4/ or /sys/php5/ (depends from the PHP settings applied for your account). Now your site is accessible, but there are some script errors, probably caused from the php directives which you need to change.
If there is anything else we can do for you, please let us know. You are always welcome.
