Magento

We have basicly two types of products:

1) In-stock all of the time; and
2) Out of stock, must be ordered first and then shipped out

We would like our in-stock items to show “ships out in 24 hours” and our out of stock items to show “ships out in one week.” What would be the best way to set this up?
