What should I be looking out for when designing for both IE and Firefox?

I did my design only checking my work in Firefox. When I checked the site in IE everything was out of wack.

Also the .Nav bar was not working.

Anyone know what I need to do to make sure my site looks good in all browsers?

well..you need to know what works and what doesn’t for IE. sometimes you’ll need a separate IE css file just to deal with it. other times there are tons of clever css hacks out there you can utilize.

Any good websites you know to learn these hacks?
