I have upload the software to the server. After that it appears the user agreement, click yes and then click autoinstall. Installation successful but it shows internal server error 500. Wonder anyone could assist or encounter such problem before. thanks
you are going to need to check the error log from your control panel and not from your browser. This will give more details regarding the problem you are facing.
I found that the best way to resolve all of these ISE 500s is to avoid uploading the archive file altogether. So, if you are getting these errors after uploading the archive, I recommend unpacking the archive on your hard drive and uploading the entire directory via FTP. This fixed most of the issues for me.
I still encountered some JavaScript errors after doing it this way - the admin menus did not show and the checkout screen was broken. All I did to fix this was change the permissions on the js folder to 755 and the js / proxy.php file to 644.
