I have a bit of a challenge in front of me…
On my product page I have a flash file. It has a large image placed in it and a nifty little feature that allows users to make an offer on the guitar.
For this to work, the Flash file needs to call on a PHP script to POST the variables to my email address. It works perfectly when I go to the address of the flash file in my browser (http://reaktionstudios.com/gibson-images/gibson-sg-special-wine-red/title.swf), but it won’t work on my product page.
To display the Flash file I have used the following code in a custom-made attribute for displaying HTML:
WIDTH="890" HEIGHT="445" id="title"><PARAM NAME="AllowScriptAccess" VALUE="always">
<PARAM NAME=movie VALUE="http://reaktionstudios.com/gibson-images/gibson-sg-special-wine-red/title.swf"><PARAM NAME=quality VALUE=high><PARAM NAME=bgcolor VALUE=#FFFFFF><EMBED src="http://reaktionstudios.com/gibson-images/gibson-sg-special-wine-red/title.swf" quality=high bgcolor=#FFFFFF WIDTH="890" HEIGHT="445"
NAME="title" ALIGN="" TYPE="application/x-shockwave-flash"
I am having the same issue with Flash files in CMS static blocks. I have a flash banner that when clicked, should go to another page, but it doesn’t do anything.
The link for the product page is here: http://reaktionstudios.com/index.php/guitars/electric-guitars/gibson-sg-special-wine-red.html
If anybody can help me with this issue it would be greatly appreciated.
