Yo can also export/import tier prices using Magento soap API.

If you have a lot of tier prices, you might be interested in our mod: http://adjustware.com/2009/04/percent-tiered-pricing-extension-released/ . It allows to use percents instead of fixed amounts and supports soap API

Please refer to this thread,
http://www.magentocommerce.com/boards/viewthread/195132/

Importing Tier Prices is finally Made simple and easy for everyone.

The video is a good one.
But, i am sure, getting entity id of each product will be extra work.
And this way it takes alot of time.

Hence, i have came up with a simple and cost effective solution.
Refer to the link for more info.

I am using this method myself. smile

Hi, my customer runs an IBM AS/400 accounting system, and they want us to make a bridge/pipeline between Magento and their system. The data will be sales, billing, payment, inventory management, shipping. Has anyone seen an plug-in solution or does anyone have solid experience integrating this?

You can do this with MAGMI which is the best efficient way for this task I\’d say.

In short, you just need to add columns for your tier pricing data:

tier_price:_all_ tier_price:wholesale
2:-10;5:-20;10:-40 25:-15%;50:-25%;100:-40%

Check out this spreadsheet for definitive guide about how to format such “special” columns in MAGMI-compatible CSV file

If MAGMI is too complex to configure for you, you can use this plugin which is basically MAGMI integration into Magento admin.
