Our PayPal Standard transactions are now showing up as Pending Payment, even though payment has been received.
I ran some test transactions and noticed that, when on PayPal admin, the \’Primary Email\’ matched the one entered on Magento\’s PayPal account settings, everything worked OK. But (on PayPal Admin) when I switch it back to our 2nd registered email address (which has been verified) the problem returns.
This occurred seemingly overnight, and with no changes being made.
Has anyone else experienced this? Also, is there a way of resetting ALL PayPal settings on Magento (Files and Database) to make a clean start?
