Hi guys i already use magento once a time and i love it … today i want to migrate all my ecommerces (CS-Carts) to Magento.

The products is easy… the bigger problem is

How to migrate a md5 hash form passwords of the users to salted magento format...? In the past i give up because that was too difficult , maybe today is more easy to do…

Help me

In Magento you can use unsalted passwords as well. Tested this on my own shop, changed my row in customer_entity_varchar with an unsalted password and still could log in to my shop.

The thing what you want to do is impossible as far as I know. You can only make an salted MD5 hash out of the plain text password.
