OBS: This solution only works if you already have Magento working and for some reason it stoped.
OBS: It does not demand access to admin

---------- Lets Start ----------------------

The cause was probably the installing of an extension or theme that does not work out. therefore:

1º Step - Disable bad extension/theme:
->By FTP access “app/etc/modules/”
->Find out <Module_Name>.xml
->Edit <active>true</active> to <active>false</active>

2º Step - Clear Cache:
->Access by FTP this 2 folders “/var/cache/” and “/var/session”
->Erase all files in there.

OBS: esta correção só é funcional para quem já tinha o Magento rodando e por alguma razao parou apresentando o erro acima.
OBS: Não requer acesso ao admin.

---------- Vamos começar ----------------------

A causa provavavel foi a intalação de uma extensão ou theme que nao deu certo. Portanto:

1º Passo - Desabilitar extensão/theme problematico:
->Acesse via ftp a pasta app/etc/modules/
->la enconte <NomeDoModulo>.xml
->edite a linha <active>true</active> para <active>false</active>

2º Passo - Limpar o Cache:
->Acesse via ftp as pastas “/var/cache/” e “/var/session”
->Apague todos os arquivos dentro destas pastas.
