When you click Add to Cart on a Configurable product you can select the different attributes but the price is not updating, it is charging the same price for all products instead of charging the individual prices set for each Simple product.

It looks like the shopping cart is only charging the price that is set for the Configurable product, which is often the lowest price found within the Simple products belonging to that Configurable product.

When viewing the shopping cart it has still not updated the price.

Has anyone had the same issue? Any solutions out there?

We developed an extension for fixed final prices for simple configurable products. It also works on version 1.6 and 1.7. And what is great is that it also works with multiple attributes.
