Is there a way to add a dropdown with categories to the export filter of the standard magento Dataflow-export- tool?

In that way, i gues it is easy to combine 2 existing categories.

Or is there a better way?

I have for example LED and normal lights in 2 categories. I have now added an attribute, and want to make this 1 category “lights”
