I’ve upgraded to the new magento version, and all of a sudden now when a user checks out it lists the whole terms of service and warranty instead of just links to them with checkboxes beside them. It works, but is rather annoying because the checkbox for the terms of service is halfway down the page, and the checkbox for warranty is at the bottom, so users have to look for the first checkbox.
