Hi,

I want to be able to download my catalog, translate the item titles and descriptions and then upload the translated info into the relevant store view.

Can anyone help with this, i\\\’m going to start with French. 

Which columns to I need to upload in the csv file?  How do I choose the store view only and not affect any global store options.

In CSV you need to setup also specific store ID. To see structure of CSV for such updates - you can create in Magento for one product required updates for different store id-s and after make CSV/XML Export - so you will see the logic in CSV.
