Magento

I am following the directions to create an extension package.  I’ve put all my data into the system properly… click on the “Save Data and Create the Package”.  Seemingly, nothing happens and no package is created. 

Anyone have any ideas on what’s going on here and how to fix this?  Is this a permissions issue?
