I run a site for a glassware decorating company. In addition to price per unit, we have screen charges and 2nd or 3rd color run charges. When these options are added to the order, these charges are factored in the price per unit as well as in the shopping cart total. Basically the they are being charged twice.
Price per unit of one product is $0.99 for 288 units = $285.12
It’s $40 for a screen charge (what we charge to set up the screen for screen printing). When this charge is added, the shopping cart displays the price per unit as $1.13. That’s the price after the $40 is factored in.
I configured the product options under the Catalog/Advanced Product Options tab. Why do these charges get factored in the price per unit and is there a way to stop that from happening?
