Every once and awhile I get a customer (maybe 1 out of 20) whose order fails. The order does not go through to magento (meaning that according to magento there was no order submitted) but authorize.net charges the card.
Some customers report that there is an error message that just says “Error”, some say that the error message says “Undefined” and others just say that it stops processing. No matter what I do or what I try I cannot recreate the error.
I’m running v1.1.8 and getting ready to upgrade.
Has anyone else had this problem?
I’m having difficulty knowing how to even find the problem let alone fix it. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.
