Hi all,
after restoring a magento site, I could no longer access either frontend or backend. I enabled error reporting and the following is the error message display. Can anyone tell me what the problem could be?

Is the database data correct in app/etc/local.xml? with the table prefix and so on?

If you have a big database and you have imported it from phpMyAdmin, then, most likely, there could be a failure.
We advise you to re-upload the database backup from the console:

mysql -h your_db_host -u your_user -p
use your_db_name
source path_to_db_dump
/dump.sql
