Magento

I’m very new to magento development i’m trying to develop modules for magento heere i’m having a problem .Any one please help me on adding a popup window in magento custom folder , the problem i having is i create a simple form module when clicking the submit button it need to go to another page called result.php but when it submitted its giving a whoops page not found error.. so some one please give me an idea how i can solve this
