Hi,

Working on a 1.4.1.1 install, the site has some products with required custom options, when you click the add to cart button on the search result page you don’t get the warning message, but if you click through from a category, then you do.

Once you’ve viewed the product via it’s category, then try the process again, then the message does appear, until you close the browser and try again.
