This is VERY random. Customer checks out, gets sent to paypal and makes the payment. Comes back to my site to find no order processed even though charged. If tries to order again it says order id already used and will not allow another purchase.
Its like paypal is losing its mind when sending an order complete back to magento?
Using magento 1.7.0.2
