Hi,
This is my first time to use “database and media backup” function. after the backup process is over, when i try to view my site (or try to log into the admin panel ) i got this error message.
“This webpage has a redirect loop
The webpage at http://www.mysite.com/index.php/admin/dashboard/index/key/079ab4c38b747f97d4b3902e3caf1cb0/downloader has resulted in too many redirects. Clearing your cookies for this site or allowing third-party cookies may fix the problem. If not, it is possibly a server configuration issue and not a problem with your computer.”
I can’t log into the admin panel to clear the cookie, So, the only way to fix this is to do via FTP i think, but i have no idea where to start.

now when i try to view my site it direct me to http://www.mysite.com/downloader/

anyone knows how to fix this error?
