Hi to all,

since a couple of days my web is down and i am really frustrated.

When I try to access to backend or frontend I receive the next message:

\"SQLSTATE[28000] [1045] Access denied for user \’dbo352874762\’@\’212.227.114.114\’ (using password: YES)\”

It is strange because neither my data base user is \"dbo352874762\" nor my host is 212.227.114.114. The user and host configured in my app/etc/local.xml archive are diferents. May be those ones are the ones i used in the past, becuase i had to change de data base, but this was long time ago.

I guess it happens since i clean the cache, but i am not sure.

I have deleted all var/cache directory, but nothing change.

Any idea?

Have you made sure you SQL server is still running?

There can be two variants: either the database server is disabled or you need to reset the password for your database user and input a new one in app/etc/local.xml
Also, you should check whether the user has the database permissions.
