When I install Magento Community Edition, I wanted to install magento_sample_data_for_18.104.22.168.sql but the file is too large, it may be only 2mb big but is 2.5MB. 2mb is the largest file that can be imported into MySql ... how do I do?

Actually, MySQL has no such limit.
You will need to contact your hosting provider and have them increase the PHP limits which you are actually exceeding to something more reasonable like 20MB, or if you have SSH/SCP access, better yet, upload the file and do the import from the command line.
