Seeking A Simple POS Solution

We have an established online store and need a simple POS solution for our one retail location.  We do not wish to invest in a complex solution as we will likely be closing down the retail location by the end of the year.

All we need the POS to do is:
- Cash out brick and mortar customers
- Check inventory (stored in Magento)
- Create an order record in Magento

All the products and orders will be managed in Magento.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

That should be no problem and something you can do with Microsoft Dynamics RMS (POS). The great thing is that RMS is able to be easily integrated with your Magento store so you can have one integrated system. We actually provide cost effective “connectors” to help you integrate your Magento store and POS system like Dynamics RMS.

By connecting Magento to the POS system, you can easily syndicate items to nChannel, and merchandise them for Magento and all your other channels, eliminating redundant data entry procedures. nChannel can also push sales orders from Magento to your POS and help you keep inventory synchronized between the two.

Here is more about our POS connector: http://www.nchannel.com/connect-microsoft-dynamics-rms-2/
