We are trying to make it so that customers can receive a free product (SKU for this is 1PR) after entering products worth $75 or more in their cart.
When we tried this in December, we were successful by making the condition that customers had to enter the product into their cart and then they received a 100 percent discount on it if they had at least $75 worth of product in their cart and if they entered the promo code (see screenshot below of the actions we used to reflect this). Now, the method does not work and customers receive an error message “coupon code “peonia” is not valid"after entering in the promo code and clicking “apply coupon” on the cart page. (peonia is our promo code)
