404 Not Found! When the URL is not from the default store but the second one (multistore)

I have 2 stores, store a, that is default and store b, both with different urls. Google Webmaster tools is showing me that urls from store b get 404 Error. When I test the address from the store b on the browser it fail and 404 error comes, BUT If I change the store a to store b (not in admin, just in front end, browser) and try again the store b url, it works.

What should I do? Its configuration error ? it’s bug?
