Does Magento have a feature where a person can send an eCard to someone to let them know something has been been purchased as a gift for them.

We are trying to develop and alternative giving ecommerce site with virtual products for our nonprofit.  I believe that Heifer Project uses Mangento and I am trying to do something like they do here:  http://honorcards.heifer.org

I am attaching a screenshot that shows the screen in the cart where you can click and it takes you to the honorcard link above.

It is possible that this might have been custom work that was done for Heifer Project.  This is all new to me so I was hoping someone here could help me.
