I have two threads in these forums that the community does not seem able to answer.
How can I get a hold of Magento support? I’m not looking to purchase the Enterprise or Premium editions quite yet. I’m willing to pay for support if necessary, but on a per-incident basis. I don’t need end-user support.
My first thread is likely something that Magento Developer/Expert would need to answer and my second thread is possibly a bug.
I attempted to contact Magento via their Sales form, but haven’t received a response.
Does anyone know of any other means of getting a hold of someone at Magento who can respond to my inquiries without paying $12,000 a year?
