Popularity Count not increasing with downloads

Ti Technologies Total Posts: 3 Joined: 2012-09-17 Ignore user	Hi, We have a paid extension. During purchase customers are downloading the package from our site They installing it via connect manager by uploading the packagae. But our popularity counts are not changing with above actions… So is there need to do any more actions for it ?
