Not sure if this is the right sub to ask, but I’m having issues with removing some “links” at the top of my page.
I downloaded this templete from http://www.tmdhosting.com/templates/free-magento-themes.html .

My website is:

http://www.furioussnapper.com

The items I’m trying to remove is the “G” sign and the “call us for help” logo.
I tried removing the items from the styles.css file with no avail. It just shifted them to the top right where they were at the middle before.

I’m a Novice user so i am not sure where to go from here on how to remove those 2 items.

Hello,

Using template path hints you can easily find your template path files.
Login to admin pannel and under
- System -> Configuration
- Change the “Configuration Scope” to “Default Store View” (or whichever store view you want to see template paths on)
- Under Advanced in the left menu click Developer
- Click “Debug” to expand that section
- Change “Template Path Hints” to “Yes”
- Click Save Configuration
Now to refresh the front-end and see all the locations of the template files so you can easily modify the correct ones.
Hope it will helps you.
