Mark Kimsal has posted elsewhere which should be MyISAM, but that was with regard to an earlier version. I believe that now all tables are InnoDB. If you want to make completely sure, do a fresh install and dump to a file and search for MyISAM. (Make sure that InnoDB is enabled in your my.cnf file first, though, or you’ll get MyISAM again.)
