I know I can use URL for any publicly available pictures but how upload picture directly from my PC instead uploading them to company server I talking about 40GB?!

Simply install a web server on your PC, configure your firewall (and even web server) to let only pass your company server , make sure you know your “public ip” (myipadress.com) and make magmi download the images from the exposed dir containing image you’ll serve from your local pc web server !!
