I want to have different percentage of discounts for different order values, something like:

Orders until 10$ - 0% discount
Orders between 10$ and 20$ - 5% discount
orders between 20$ and 50$ - 10% discount
orders more than 50$ - 20% discount

It\\\’s possible to do it in Magento? How can I do it?

Just create 5 shopping cart rules bases on the subtotal variable.  Will it work for you?
