Is there a way to:

1. enable the Freeshipping Method for backend orders only and

2. avoid the replacement of Standard Shipping method with Freeshipping (display freeshipping and standard shipping. at the moment, magento replaces standard shipping method with freeshipping in backend)

I created a coupon for in-house use that we can apply to shipping when necessary,
