I’m getting “Int Server Err” when trying to use Downloader.

I got troubleshooting tips here:
http://www.magentocommerce.com/wiki/1_-_installation_and_configuration/magento_installation_guide#installing_magento_using_the_downloader

Firstly, i can’t find cgi-bin directory on my host server to upload php5-cgi file
so, i have contacted support & waiting for reply.

Secondly, the 3rd line of code was missing in .htaccess file (in zipped file), so i added it.  Is it correct ?

######################################
## uncomment these lines for CGI mode
## make sure to specify the correct cgi php binary file name
## it might be / cgi-bin/php-cgi

Action php5-cgi /cgi-bin/php5-cgi
AddHandler php5-cgi.php
php_flag cgi.fix_pathinfo on
