Following module can be used to encourage customer reviews on your website-:
This module allows you to send order follow up email after the goods have been shipped to the customer. You can configure how many days after shipment this email should go to the customers.
Here are the main features of this module-:
- Sends order follow up email alert to customers to get some review / feedback
- Email template can be managed via admin using transactional email
- List of custom variables are available which can be used in the transactional email. Here are some examples “link to review form page”, “store name”, “website name”, “group name”, “customer name”, “order information” etc.
- Sender email address can be selected in admin using system configuration
- Time period can be set after which the order follow up email alert should trigger
- It fully supports multi-store model which means you can have different configuration settings for each store of your website
- This module can be completely disabled whenever required via system configuration in admin
