I\’m using the WebShopApps Multiple Table Rates extension and I\’ve noticed that not all countries are showing up on the frontend when I am trying to checkout and place and order.

Is there a setting somewhere else I\’m missing?

I\’ve tired both \"All Allowed Countries\” and \"Specified Countries\” while selecting all of the them…

Maybe 20 countries are showing up? Missing Canada.
