We have a weird problem that comes and goes. The Customer Catalogue prices keep dropping off.
Refreshing the Caches and Re-Indexing Doesn’t resolve the issue.
There are no error messages to prompt anything to be done.
To get the discounted prices showing on the website I have to go to
Promotions – Catalogue price rules – apply rules ( this brings the prices back up again )
It then prompts you to clear the caches
Does anyone know why this problem could occur and a fix?
