Magento 1.7.0.2 Promotion Rule Subtotal Greater Then not Limiting Coupons.  PLEASE HELP!  thx.

We have set a coupon code (fall2012) for our store and set the conditions:
If ALL of these conditions are TRUE :  Subtotal equals or greater than $100.00
That is the only condition.

After saving, the coupon can be applied to any cart regardless of the subtotal.
The condition has absolutely NO effect whatsoever.

There is nothing in the /var/logs/
I’ve re indexed and disabled and flushed the caches, compilation is off.
I’ve tried disabling all 3 modules they are using.
I’ve tried the default theme, in case it was a theme issue, same behavior.

Anyone have any ideas?  Where can i go from here?  How do I figure out this issue?

Update this also is not working:

If ALL of these conditions are TRUE :
Subtotal greater than $99.99

Oddly enough this is working:
If ALL of these conditions are TRUE :
Subtotal equals or greater than $100.00
Subtotal greater than $99.99
Subtotal equals or greater than $100.00

Not sure why the repeated rule would make any difference, but this workaround seems to be working.
This is appearing more and more to be a bug in Magneto.

I’d like to fix things so that it works as it should with the single rule and doesn’t require multiple repetitive rules to get it to work.

Anyone have any idea how to tackle this issue?

Strange Behaviour of magento 1.7.0.2

> Any parameters in the “Conditions” Section invalidates the coupon code - “Coupon code Not Valid”

> With no conditions, the code offers the discount in the cart

> With no condition , Free Shipping “Enabled” invalidates the code

Anyone with a fix for this ??

Subtotal equals or greater than $100.00

This too not working ..:((
