Hi,
I have a customer approval system in place on a site I am developing, so that if somebody registers for an account they get an email saying the account is pending approval, admin is notified and they can approve the account - at which point the customer recieves a second email to say that the account has been approved and they can log in etc.
What I also need to happen, is for admin to be able to create an account in the back office. i can do this fine - however they receive the same email template that the first customer recieves, saying the account is pending approval. I need to be able to send them an email with their account details (log in and password), also not mentioning about the approval! Does anyone know how to do this?
