There is a magento plugin “Follow up Email”
In this plugin, the Event of “New abandoned cart appeared” is incomprehensible!!!!
what’s meaning of “abandoned cart”

I can’t trigger the event, and I don’t have any mistakes,because I use default Settings.

While I have never used that plugin the meaning of abandoned cart is a shopping cart someone placed an item in and then did not checkout.
I would assume that the user would need to be accepting cookies and would need to have previously registered an account or subscribed for the newsletter before the follow up email would be able to send.
