For the last step of finishing my new webshop I need a specialist who can helpme with the last step.
My current webshop is running om Magento 1.3.2 on my dedicated server. The speed is quit normal and everything is fine.
I made a new install of Magento 1.7 and dit a migration with cart2cart to get all the products in.

But the new shop is terrible slow in comparison to the old one (3-4 times at least).
I did all the standard stuff like enable caching, merge css and javascript, etc. I also did soms server adjustments (mysl cache, eaccelerator, etc), but all of these have hardly any effect.

So i am looking for someone with a lof of expierence who can assist me to find out what the problem is and maybe help me to do the changes as soon as possible. All for a reasonable price.

What are the specs of the server? It will help in order to suggest reasonable values for the MySQL config.
