Hi,

It is possible to find out if a product will be associated with any Shopping Cart Price Rule in product list and product detail page.

Magneto docs says
\\\"Shopping Cart Price Rules, as the name implies, are applied when the customer reaches the shopping cart.\\\”

So I think it may not be possible But was hopping some one out there could have a solution.
