Just Host is our hosting company and they migrated to a new server. After that, our secured pages stopped working. At first they were redirecting to our corporate site (our store is on a subdomain and the corporate site is on the main domain) so they told us we had to purchase a wildcard SSL to fix the problem. We did that and it\\\’s still not working. I was told it has something to do with the redirects. I\\\’ve spent hours and hours on the phone with Just Host and they have not been able to fix the problem. This all started on 6/26/12 so we haven\\\’t been able to get orders on our store for a month now. Can someone please help?

On our hosting account we have our main domain, www.domain.com, which has a basic site using Joomla.
Then we have Magento installed on our subdomian, b2c.domain.com/store.

All unsecured pages on the online store are working so you can go to the home page, about us, contact us, add items to cart, view the cart, etc, but when you click on my account or checkout you get an error page.

this is easy to fix if you take a look in to your server error log
it will show you why and what causes this 404

check logs

Save time and frustration. Find a better host. If I were you, I would go with ServerTune.com

I don’t think changing a host is the perfect solution. If I were you, I’d try to solve the error. I’m currently using this service http://www.shopping-cart-diagnostics.com/ when any problems occur with my store, and it DOES save me time and nerves… Anyway, you can transfer to another server whenever you want to…
