Greetings

I have been implementing a third party payment system that is not working. The system redirects to another site. I have noticed that the status of the order goes to “Pending Payment” and does not appear in the cutomers account. If I log into admin, I can see the order, and if I cancel it, the customer can now see the cancelled order in his/her account (thy could not see it when it was ending Payment”.  Is there some sort of rule that prevents the user from see an order with “Pending Payment” status?
