PROBLEM IN UPGRADING MAGENTO 1.7.0.1

MY SITE STOPED WORKING WHEN I UPGRADE IT FROM 1.7.0.0 TO 1.7.0.1 . I am unable to find the error. I am working on localhost (XAMPP) .please have who overcome this problem..

You really need to post more information then this…

Have you ever done an upgrade before?
Explain your steps in doing the upgrade.
Did you disable cache management?
Have you flushed your var/ folder?
What extensions are you using?

This can be a simple answer or a complex answer requiring remote debugging.

there must be at least some log written anywhere,
server error, or magento report or system/exception.

you have to turn off cache before upgrade, and remove cache folder after.
you can try to disable cache

/admin or /downloader not working? frontend?

need more info about error.

You should have to explain more about to solve your problem. Please explain your path about upgrading. After that, I will say something about that.

Hi,

Had the same problem. In my case, all seems to work properly except the CMS Home is not shown. Header, footer and left column is shown, but not the main.

I’ve upgraded from 1.7.0.0.

Please, help.
