Is it possible to setup different checkout method for mobile version from desktop version?

For example, main sites checkout is one step checkout there all customers set to use Guest method, while on mobile version I want customers to have login part.

You can’t use different checkout method for Mobile devices.

Basically you have to use different theme concept for mobile device and desktop, so you can modify some script in mobile theme for exists customers.

Basically you need to go through the configuration setting, you will get the checkout methods.
