The problem is that some of the pages returns a 404 error, i tried to recover the backend with a backup from before the problem startet but it doesn’t help.
I have also tryed to upload the files for the pages that don’t work. but nothing seems to work.
The pages that doesn’t work are the following:
System > Import/Export > Import
System > Import/Export > Export
System >Index management
Just a thought, but do you have Compilation enabled? (System > Tools > Compilation).
If it is, try running the Compilation Process or disable it. Then try clearing your cache afterwards.
I have sometimes had a 404 error on some Admin pages after doing a minor upgrade on Magento. Doing the above has resolved the issue for me in the past.

Good luck.

Thanks for your reply.
I also get the 404 on the Compilation page :(
I don’t know if its enabled or disabled. Is there a config file or something i can check it in? And can i run the compilation from the terminal like you can do with the index management ?
You should then be able to get back into your Admin panel. To enable Compilation Mode again you should click on the “Run Compilation” button rather than just enabling it as this might break your site again. Running the Compilation Process should compile all new files correctly.
I have now disabled the compilation, but i can\’t run it. i also have the 404 error if i go to System > tools > Compilation
can i run the compilation from the terminal, on the server?
