Magento

I have an issue with the calculation of VAT after the upgrade from 1.5.1 to 1.7. After the upgrade all the products in the orders have an 0% VAT percentage calculated. But when you go to the products page in the Magento Dashboard, at the details of the products the correct Tax class is shown (dutch webshop 6% or 19% VAT) but when you add the product to an new order he calculates with 0% VAT.
The old orders still show the good VAT amounts.

Does anyone know what can be the problem here?
