We do a reverse type “sale” with Magento and FedEx API.

We buy back customers electronics.

We give a quote and they “checkout” and we want to provide a FedEx label for them to send their item back to us using our fedex account.

We want to have this label e-mailed to them PDF at checkout, be included in their account at website if they want to download at later time and display to download on the checkout confirmation page.

Can’t find anything in the extension directory that does this? Anyone have any suggestions as to an extension out of the box, that could be lightly customized, or a 3rd party that could help us and is experienced in this field?

I just came across your post and I’m happy to say that we do have experience in magento/fedex customizations and extensions.  We recently created a FedEx Shipping Patch that allows magento sites to remain on version 1.5 and earlier while still integrating with the new FedEx web services.  You can view the extension here if you would like.
